we met when we were seven years old…
.. at a church in Nashville where both of our families grew up attending. Nick had asked me to be his girlfriend after a service one night with a handwritten note.
Now jump ahead almost twenty years and here we are married, traveling between Nashville and Dallas, exploring new places, experiencing new foods and cultures, and doing what we love by serving couples through one of their most intimate seasons.
what drives us
-
Family
As we begin thinking about a family of our own, we realize how important it is to capture unhurried moments as life happens. Our goal is to gift that same experience to our clients. So their moments captured through photos can be passed down as beautiful heirlooms, and their family, for generations, can relive those authentic experiences.
-
Connection
We thrive off connection through our community of friends and family along with our clients. These relationships are something we strive to constantly remain present in our lives. Leaning on friendships that have been there a life time and creating new ones as life takes us this wild journey.
-
Time
Time is a precious treasure that we never get more of. This serves as motivation for capturing authentic and raw photos that exude emotion. Photos that can allow you to relive a moment, remember a loved one, or contribute to telling love stories that will last a lifetime.
behind the lens
Parisa
Parisa is one of the most selfless people I have the pleasure of knowing on this earth. She was made for me. Her love for food and the joy that it brings is infectious. You can find her learning new recipes and tips for organization.
The way her intentionality shines through with every conversation is something that is truly admirable.
If Parisa could do anything on her day off it would look like new recipes being crafted in the kitchen with the sound of worship music on in the background.
This woman is a rockstar and can light up any room she walks in
Nick
One of the most intentional and tenderhearted person I know. The way he loves getting to know others and seeks ways to constantly grow is energizing.
Nick loves all things film and music. You can find him adding to his collections of film cameras and records in any place we visit.
If Nick could do anything on his day off, it would look like waking up and going on a hike (wishfully in CO mountains), sifting through records, going to antique stores, then coming home to catch up on his latest shows!
He is incredibly wise and is constantly making things spontaneous.
